Children must be 3+ years old to enter the cat lounge. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
No outside pets are allowed in the cat lounge.
Guests enter at their own discretion. Please consider allergies and comfort around cats.
Absolutely no loud noises, screaming, or sudden movements that may startle the cats or disturb other customers.
Sit back, relax, and allow the cats to approach you at their own pace. This is the best strategy to invite a cat to your lap.
Pet the cats with soft strokes and avoid any rough handling - Ask for assistance if you are unfamiliar with how to act with cats
If you see a cat sleeping or resting, kindly allow them their uninterrupted nap. A healthy cat sleeps between 12 to 16 hours per day.
Please do not feed the cats. They are on a carefully balanced and nutritious diet to ensure their overall health and well-being.
